Sue weekly. Chart Kelly’s progress by looking for update articles in the next several issues of Nature’s Wisdom Magazine.
Sue Fetzner first met Kelly Cheatle
on Friday, August 12, 2005, at
the “Abundance Rising” Holistic
Networking dinner, sponsored by
Solistic Health Association and
Nature’s Wisdom Magazine. Sue was offering
free antioxidant level analysis, utilizing a
revolutionary new machine developed by the
University of Utah. The machine is the recent
winner of and American business award, as
is being touted as a breakthrough nutritional
analysis tool. As individuals grouped around
Sue’s exhibitor table for their free sampling
of how the machine works, a smiling young
woman stepped up to wait her turn. The results
of her test, and some in depth conversation,
earned her a spotlight performance in what
may well be the biggest challenge she’s embraced since giving birth to her three children.
According to official literature, the impressively
high-tech scanner measures the level of
nutrition in the body and tells the truth about a
person’s nutrition and lifestyle, the effectiveness
of nutritional supplements and what is going
on in the tissue; the scanner reveals the level of
overall health. The technology used is Raman
Spectroscopy for carotenoid investigations of
life body tissue. An immediate reading, called
a Skin Carotenoid Score, is yielded by simply
placing a hand in front of a low energy blue
laser light. Safe and non-invasive, the result
is an accurate assessment of antioxidant levels
in the skin, which correlates with diet, blood and tissues, thus predicting the subject’s future
health in terms of aging and disease.
Kelly Cheatle’s score was a 13,000.
According to Sue Fetzner, this score is a red
flag and indicates there is a lot of free radical
damage which in turn indicates that her body
is deteriorating at a fast pace, leaving her at
high risk for chronic disease. Kelly’s reaction
to the score was surprise mixed with a feeling
of futility. She shared some of her weight
and health concerns with Sue, which were in
alignment with her low score. With Nature’s
Wisdom publisher and editor Jo Valerie
standing nearby, conversation ensued. The
end result is this, a six-month long holistic
makeover we’re calling The Kelly Challenge.
Kelly says she’s on “Empty.” She’s had
three children in almost three years, two
of them currently toddlers and one a baby.
She runs her business from home and while
it is successful, she admits that she is often
struggling to find a balance between family
and work, with her children demanding much
of her time and attention, and her clients just
as much. Personal time is almost non-existent
and she routinely works into the wee hours
just to stay current on professional projects.
With no exercise and a diet consisting mainly
of Carbohydrates, little meat and occasional
fruit, Kelly realizes that her health has suffered,
and will not improve until she makes some
drastic changes. She says she wants vibrant
health, to match her already “super fantastic”
personality. And she says, “ I will do whatever
you tell me to do fix me!”
Sue Fetzner will create, for Kelly, a
customized program which will include
unique exercise, whole food and supplements,
rest and relaxation techniques, along with detoxification. Each issue of Nature’s Wisdom, you will be able to watch Kelly and her health, transform. Stay with us; this
Holistic Makeover, and Kelly’s personal transformation, will certainly be thrilling to observe.
The race is on. Kelly has completed initial bloodwork with

will be used to track and document physiological changes as she embarks
